As you reflect on who you are, here are a few tools you may find useful. These assessments provide an objective description of our
character traits and behaviour. Go through your reports thoroughly and point out the traits that resonate with you. For the traits that
you cannot identify with, that is perfectly fine as well. Sometimes the information in your report may or may not be relevant. You can also invite your loved ones and colleagues to complete these assessments, which can be great for better mutual understanding in relationships.
The 16 Personalities Profile
This assessment has been described as “freakishly accurate”. Extensive research backs this tool and it provides information on how different profiles approach work, relationships, friendships and life in general. Your report will be very detailed, take some
time to go through each page thoroughly. Take note of your profile name (the first four letters and the adjective) and a summary of each section within your profile. For example, Dr. Benjamin’s letters are ENFJ and the corresponding noun is “Protagonist”.
The 5 Love Languages Quiz
Interested in learning more about how you and your loved ones receive affection? Then this is the tool for you. There are several versions of this quiz, be sure to select the quiz that applies to your circumstances and enjoy the results. Share your results with your loved ones; your family and friends cannot read your mind. This information can help them speak your love language.
