Each Private Session is conducted online or in-person and usually lasts for 60 minutes. Online sessions are conducted using the Zoom Conferencing app which is encrypted to prevent hackers from breaching privacy and confidentiality. Counsellors/Coaches will follow up with clients between sessions to provide support and accountability. Each session usually lasts sixty (60) minutes.
Areas of specialty: Recovering from toxic relationships, dating, forgiveness coaching, anxiety, depression, self-discovery, managing trust and betrayal.
Our couples’ counselor/ therapist has completed training in Gottman Level 1 Couple’s Therapy and Treating Trauma & Affairs. Most sessions will include both partners, however each partner will experience one-on-one time with the counsellor/therapist.
Areas of Specialty: Infidelity counselling, relationship trauma, preparing for marriage and marital enrichment.
